As a first-time pet owner, I felt overwhelmed with all the options available for pet supplies, but the staff here went above and beyond to help me navigate through everything. It was refreshing to see how knowledgeable and passionate they are about their products. The pricing was also surprisingly reasonable compared to other places I’ve checked. My only minor suggestion would be to expand the selection of toys a bit; I felt like there were only a few choices. I’ve been a regular customer at this store for about six months now, and I can’t say enough good things about my experiences! The variety of products they carry is impressive, especially the selection of organic options for livestock feed. As a small-scale farmer, I appreciate being able to find high-quality, affordable feed that I can trust. The staff is always eager to help, and I’ve enjoyed chatting with them about my farming practices and getting their insights on best practices. I do wish they had a more robust online presence, as sometimes I’d like to check what’s in stock before making the trip. But the in-person shopping experience is always pleasant, and I leave feeling well taken care of. Keep up the great work!
